Services - How We Do Business

We are a multidisciplinary team of specialists thriving on tackling  a project from all its aspects. KOMOH CEHC is a lean (self-sustainable) operation with ample resources able to employ both local and foreign experts at any given assignment. This allows us to deliver specific and tailored services to our partners.

We take our projects personally, from start to finish. It all begins with an idea to be further shaped and expanded. Next, we explore the opportunities for its implementation and hence assemble the teams to create the strategy, the organization, technology and operations. (This is how our project becomes alive)

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP ESTABLISHED
In October 2005, after only 16 months of operation, HAUZMAJSTOR managed to attract the interest of a foreign investor, and established a strategic partnership with Rustler, one of the oldest and highly respectable Austrian companies. Rustler purchased a control package for  HAUZMAJSTOR Company.

The idea behind this partnership was based on the mutual plan to further develop the business activity of HAUZMAJSTOR, first in Serbia and Montenegro and then to expand to Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Romania, as well as for Belgrade to be the development and training center for central European RUSTLER offices
