Second project by the Company Common Sense has been successfully established on the Serbian market. It is the first private initiative for entrepreneurial development on Serbian market, with symbolic name - Budi Svoj Čovek (Be Your Own Boss). This company celebrated its first birthday In April 2007!
How did we start?
Different circumstances that Komon Sens experts met during development of Hauzmajstor Company and on other business projects, confirmed some basic roles in business development and start up of new companies. For our consulting team that was practical experience and base of practical knowledge which was used last year in creation of Budi Svoj Čovek company and its business - educational and advisory services.

During the process of Budi Svoj Čovek company creation, first we defined the 5 necessary steps or phases, through which individuals have to go through in order to become educated entrepreneurs, with knowledge and practical experience. 1000 packages have been sold!
After less than 8 months of existence of the Budi Svoj Čovek company, 1000 pieces of tool-kits have been sold! This was the right sign from the market which confirmed the need for business education, and at the same time this market reaction confirmed the quality of Budi Svoj Čovek program. Second edition in circulation of 1000 pieces has been printed and 30% of edition was sold during the same month. In the meantime, a special edition was published for the Economic team for Kosovo and Metohija.
More than hundred future and existing entrepreneurs have been trained!
In the first year of business Budi Svoj Čovek company became strategic partner with government's institutions, corporations, financial institutions and civil sector. This shows that different institutions are prepared to cooperate if they really want to achieve a strategic goal.
Our shared goal is to educate new generation of entrepreneurs which will be able to fulfill their entrepreneurial dreams through their ideas and businesses. Long term this is also common social, economical and public interest.
